Processing times

Please note that all Custom orders require 3-5 business days to be processed before shipping.
All regular orders will be processed in 1-3 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the customization of orders, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with a predesigned order, an exchange can be made if notified within 7 days of receiving your item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and must provide a tracking number for the return to complete the exchange.

Cancellations

You have 2 hours to request a cancellation on your order.
For custom orders, once a proof has been approved by the buyer you are no longer able to cancel your order. Please review proof very carefully before approving for production.
